Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ), a marketed nutritional supplement, on slowing the worsening of Huntington's Disease (HD) symptoms. We will also assess the safety and the acceptability of CoQ in long-term use.

CoQ is being studied, as an investigational drug at a higher dose than is currently available for purchase.
