Protocol Description
Erwinia L-Asparaginase (Erwinase®) for Injection is an investigational new drug being studied to evaluate its effectiveness in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients who are hypersensitive (allergic) to E. coli L-asparaginase or pegasparase (pegylated E. coli L-asparaginase) injections. Erwinase is manufactured in the UK where it is approved by the UK MHRA (Healthcare Authority) and distributed for ALL and lymphoma. Erwinia is not yet approved by the US FDA.

Children and adolescents with acute lylmphoblastic leukemia
