Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to find improved treatments for children and adolescents who have gained weight while taking antipsychotic medication. In this study, two different medication strategies will be compared to a standard strategy to see how well they improve the health of children and adolescents who are in a high-risk weight category.

Eligibility Criteria

Children and adults being treated with antipsychotic medications
