Protocol Description

AMG 811 is an experimental drug developed to block the function of a protein called interferon gamma (IFN-у) which might be involved in lupus. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of multiple doses of AMG 811 and to understand how the amount of this experimental drug in the body changes over time in adults with lupus. The information obtained from this study will be used for further developm,ent of AMG 811 for the treatment of lupus or possibly other inflammatory conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus
