Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the characteristics, natural history and impact of lymphatic diseases or lymphedema on those affected by them. Some of the aspects of lymphatic diseases or lymphedema that will be studied by this survey include: the gender distribution; relative frequency of various presenting symptoms and signs; incidence of skin, subcutaneous, musculoskeletal, lymphatic diseases or lymphedema; influence of lymphatic diseases or lymphedema on the incidence and severity of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurologic involvement, how lymphatic diseases or lymphedema affects the quality of life for those affected by it. Through the study of pedigrees (family trees), we hope to identify patterns of recessive and dominant inheritance and the frequency of each on lymphatic diseases or lymphedema with genetic background.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients with lymphatic diseases or lymphedema and their relatives
