Flow Cytometry Core Facility

The Flow Cytometry Core provides instrument support and daily assistance to users in a variety of flow cytometry-based techniques for both research and clinical applications. These include analysis of cell surface markers, analysis of expression of intracellular proteins and separation of cell suspensions into sub-groups or single cells. The core also provides expertise in the use of antibody-conjugated fluorescent bead arrays to analyze small samples of cell and tissue extracts, as well as serum samples.

We are available if you need assistance in developing new protocols for flow cytometric analyses, or to obtain specific protocol information from literature or other commonly used standard protocols such as immunophonotying, cell cycle, proliferative index, Cacium Flux, anti-Brdu, etc.
