Recruitment Method Guidance

Below are recruitment material templates and guidance for what to submit to the IRB, depending on the recruitment method. Please contact the IRB if you have questions or concerns at (516) 321-2100 or irb@northwell.edu.  Please note that these are the specific requirements for the Northwell IRB.  If you are using an external IRB, you should check with them regarding the requirements for use of recruitment materials.  However, regardless of IRB, you should use official letterhead, when appropriate, as indicated below.
